GeneralCare Plan
offers a unique and extensive healthcare cover at relatively higher premium rates than the PremierCare. It gives access to both public and private hospitals like the PremierCare plan but with higher awards and additional coverage of healthcare services. The SuperCare plan gives access to very high class of private hospitals and it takes care of some of the exclusions under the GeneralCare and PremierCare Plans.
PremierCare Plan
designed to enable members have access to both private and public healthcare facilities at higher premium rates than the GeneralCare plan. In addition to the benefits and awards derived from the GeneralCare Plan, the PremierCare Plan offers extra awards in services and gives access to first class health facilities especially within the private sector.
SuperCare Plan
offers a unique and extensive healthcare cover at relatively higher premium rates than the PremierCare. It gives access to both public and private hospitals like the PremierCare plan but with higher awards and additional coverage of healthcare services. The SuperCare plan gives access to very high class of private hospitals and it takes care of some of the exclusions under the GeneralCare and PremierCare Plans.
SuperCare Plus Plan
offers extremely high and executive healthcare cover at relatively higher premium rates than the SuperCare. The SuperCare Plus Plan gives access to very high class of private hospitals and it takes care of almost all of the exclusions under the GeneralCare, PremierCare and SuperCare Plan to ensure top class coverage of healthcare services.

Customized Corporate Plan
Some companies offer medical benefits to employees through Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) that exceed the coverage of our standard SuperCare Plus Plan. To bridge this gap, VITALITY offers a Customized Corporate Plan with a Specialized Benefit Package tailored to align with the specific provisions of CBAs. These enhanced benefits include advanced diagnostic procedures (e.g., echocardiography, MRI, CT scans), special medical aids (e.g., prescription spectacles, prosthetics), treatment for complex conditions (e.g., cancer, HIV/AIDS, renal failure), and upgraded in-patient services like private wards.
Vitality Group Plan
The VITALITY Group Plan is tailored for non-corporate groups such as churches, schools, trade associations, and diplomatic missions in Ghana. With a minimum of 10 members, each group enjoys the flexibility to design a benefit package that aligns with their healthcare needs and budget—supported by VITALITY’s expert guidance.
Vitality Top-Up Scheme
The VITALITY Top-Up Scheme complements the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) by covering medical services excluded under NHIS. Members access care using both their NHIS ID and VITALITY Top-Up Card at accredited facilities nationwide. Available to both corporate and non-corporate groups, this scheme is ideal for covering additional medical benefits—especially those outlined in Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) but not provided under NHIS.
Third Party Administration (TPA) Scheme
The TPA is designed for corporate institutions and/or groups who require input from VITALITY in terms of the specific design of medical benefit packages with its attendant medical budgets. Under the TPA Scheme, the Client sublets all its medical administration services to VITALITY and these include but not limited to the following services: Managing a network of approved service providers; Provision and management of membership identity cards; Claims adjudication and administration; Eligibility of healthcare beneficiaries, Medical benefit limits, Medical policy exclusions, etc. VITALITY also manages healthcare facilities such as private clinics and pharmacies on behalf of clients under the TPA scheme.
